Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future—thank you for your understanding and support.

Perishable & Fragile Items
We take extra care when packing food and delicate gift wrapping items to ensure they arrive safely. For perishable items, we recommend selecting expedited shipping whenever available.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gansik@kcbouk.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or regions with delivery limitations on food products.
